Returns
At HeroVapes.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@herovapes.com to obtain a Return Authorization and you will be given the information for where to send the return. Please note that you as the buyer covers the shipping fees.
Make sure to pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different item, please follow the return procedure. Subject to stock availability, we will ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days of receiving the original item.
