These dietary supplements combine ashwagandha and hemp in a practical capsule from Nordic Medcan.

Each capsule contains:

• 300 mg ashwagandha extract (from the root of the plant with 2.5% withanolides)
• 200 mg EU-approved hemp
• 5 mg piperine (black pepper extract)

Available variants:

1. Full-spectrum capsules: Contains 16 mg of cannabinoids per capsule, including THC in accordance with EU guidelines (<0.3%).
2. THC-free capsules: Made from a CBG-dominant hemp variety with 13 mg of cannabinoids per capsule.

What is Ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is a plant that grows in arid regions of India, the Middle East, China and Africa and has been used in traditional medical systems such as Ayurveda, Chinese and African medicine for over 3000 years. Nordic Medcan’s capsules offer a modern and practical alternative to traditional methods of use.

Dosage

The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules daily, preferably in the afternoon or evening with a meal.
