So I have been trying CBD products for a while and they did not do much for me when I struggle to fall asleep. I can usually lie awake just staring at the ceiling for hours to be honest. It was about 3 hours until I was going to sleep and I think alright let’s give this another spin but did not really expect a lot. An hour later I am stretched out napping on the couch. This is definitively my go to CBD product now, would definitively recommend.

I take two a couple of hours before nighttime helps me get that deep rest. Would be interesting with a couple of more flavours since I have been taking them for so long but it is just a minor comment 🙂
